Who we are

This policy covers eightfinity.net only. It is operated by EIGHTFINITY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15528515), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. We are the data controller for any personal data processed through eightfinity.net, for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Each platform listed on our portfolio page has its own separate privacy policy covering the data it collects, since each one is a different product with different features — this page does not cover them. Use the Privacy Policy link in that platform's own footer for details on what it collects.

What this site collects

eightfinity.net is an informational site: it has no sign-up, no account, and no contact form. It sets no analytics or advertising cookies — the cookie banner you may see relates only to essential cookies our hosting infrastructure may set to keep the site running securely, and to remembering the choice you make on that banner itself. Visiting the site does not create any personal data record we hold about you beyond standard, short-lived web server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) generated automatically by our hosting infrastructure, which are not combined with any other data to identify you.

If you email us directly at [email protected], we process the contents of that email and your email address only to respond to you, and keep it only as long as reasonably needed for that correspondence.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you think we've handled your data incorrectly.
