Who we are

This policy covers eightfinity.net only. It is operated by EIGHTFINITY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15528515), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. We are the data controller for any personal data processed through eightfinity.net, for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Each platform listed on our Our Work page has its own separate privacy policy covering the data it collects, since each one is a different product with different features — this page does not cover them. Use the Privacy Policy link in that platform's own footer for details on what it collects.

What this site collects

eightfinity.net uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic; the cookie banner controls whether analytics cookies are set — see below. Visiting the site otherwise creates no personal data record we hold about you beyond standard, short-lived web server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) generated automatically by our hosting infrastructure, which are not combined with any other data to identify you.

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you're enquiring about, and your message. Submitting it sends that information to EIGHTFINITY LTD by email (via our email provider, Resend) so we can reply to your enquiry, and sends you an automatic confirmation email with a reference number. We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle it, and if it turns into a client relationship, for as long as needed to deliver and account for that work. If you email us directly at [email protected] instead, the same principle applies — we process the contents of that email and your email address only to respond to you.

If you become a client, we process the additional personal and business information needed to deliver the service you've engaged us for (for example, website content, account access details you choose to share, and billing details), kept for as long as needed for that engagement and our legal/accounting obligations afterward.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact [email protected] to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you think we've handled your data incorrectly.
