These terms cover eightfinity.net and the web design, SEO, GEO/AEO, AI and e-commerce services described on it. Each of the platforms listed on our Our Work page has its own separate terms of use governing your use of that specific product; these terms don't extend to them.

Use of this site

You may browse eightfinity.net freely. You may not copy, scrape, or republish its content for commercial purposes without our written permission, and you may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Service plans

Our website and SEO plans (Starter, Professional, Business) are billed monthly in advance with no fixed-term contract, as set out on our pricing page. Specific scope, deliverables and any custom pricing for a particular engagement are confirmed in writing (by email or a written quote) before work begins; where anything in that written confirmation differs from the general plan descriptions on this site, the written confirmation governs. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

Ownership of a website we build for you transfers to you on full payment for the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing; hosting, domain and ongoing services remain subject to the applicable plan while it's active.

Accuracy

We keep the information on this site — company details, service descriptions, pricing, and the list of platforms we operate — up to date, but we don't guarantee it's error-free at every moment. If something looks wrong, tell us at [email protected] and we'll correct it.

No warranty, no liability

This site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, EIGHTFINITY LTD is not liable for any loss arising from your use of eightfinity.net, beyond what's agreed in writing for a specific paid engagement. This is a general limitation for this site — it is not a substitute for the specific terms, disclaimers, and liability provisions on each individual platform we operate, which apply to that platform's own functionality.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
