Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans

All EIGHTFINITY LTD website and SEO plans (Starter, Professional, Business) are billed monthly in advance with no fixed-term contract. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that. We don't offer refunds for the current month once work has started on it, since the fee covers hosting and work already carried out that month.

1-on-1 Website Help

The £95 flat fee for a 1-on-1 Website Help session is due at booking. If you need to reschedule, contact us with as much notice as possible and we'll find another time. Refunds are available if you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled session; once a session has taken place, it's non-refundable.

Custom & Business plan work

Where a Business plan or custom quote includes bespoke development, integrations or one-off setup work, refund terms for that specific work are agreed in writing before the work begins — because the scope, and the point at which it's fair to bill for work done, varies project to project.

If something's gone wrong

If you're not happy with work delivered under any plan, tell us first at [email protected] — most issues get fixed faster by us correcting the work than by a refund. We'll always try to put it right before anything else.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer or business under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where applicable.
